🤔SEC to sue $BUSD stablecoin issuer Paxos.

Our data shows now $BUSD has a ~$16.1B market cap and $13.45B ($14.43B if counting the binance industry recovery fund) is controlled by @binance.

To compare, the total assets value of Binance is ~$65.1B.

1/ RE: Paxos & BUSD.

The SEC issued a No Action Letter to Pocketful of Quarters - a crypto blockchain gaming token in 2019.

There was no ‘expectation of profit’ - a prong of the Howey Test - since the token value was fixed (like a stablecoin).
